Arrival & Set-Up
Arrival occurs 15 minutes before the scheduled time for focused preparation. All necessary equipment including the table, linens, oils, and music will be provided. Please ensure a 6'x10' area is available for setup. For back-to-back appointments, a 15-minute transition period allows for a table reset and client consultation. Departure follows within 15 minutes of the final session.
No Stairs & No Smoke
The therapist will set up on the ground floor of smoke-free homes. This ensures safe equipment transport and maintains a healthy space for everyone.
Bedside Care
Hospice and early postpartum bedside care sessions bypass the massage table when unnecessary. Gentle work takes place directly in the hospital or home bed to prioritize comfort. The objective is to offer a reassuring touch wherever relaxation is most accessible. (Please secure facility and provider permission).
Consent
Comfort is the top priority; adults, teens, and children must feel safe and provide consent. The session will end immediately at no cost if anyone reconsiders. A parent or guardian must remain present for all youth sessions.
Ethics & Safety
Ridgecrest Wellness provides professional, therapeutic massage only. If personal or professional boundaries are not respected, the session will end immediately and the full service fee will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
Kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations to avoid a full session fee. Since family health is the priority, rescheduling is encouraged at the first sign of illness to keep everyone safe and well.
Pricing & Gratuity Philosophy
At this time, insurance is not accepted and payment is expected at time of service. Tax and travel fees, within Albuquerque city limits, are built into the pricing. Tips are not expected. If you love the service, the highest compliment is a rebooking, a referral, or a review.
